Resource Institute of Artemisia annua L.

Resource Institute of Artemisia annua is made up of a group of famous experts and authorities in the field of Artemisia annua L. plant and breeding. It has finished the work of verification to the over 300 kinds of Artemisia annua L. specifications from all places in China and measurement of Artemisinin content. It has primarily set up the resource pool of Artemisia annua L. species and independently finished the construction of the large area of GAP plantation base. This GAP plantation project will adopt the Artemisia annua L. germchit of high quality which will be planted under GAP standard to increase the yield and content. The GAP plantation project is under the support and direct guidance of GAP experts Professor Xuhonghua and Professor Xuliang both from Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) who ensure the GAP verification of the base .
